Bumblefoot

An accomplished independent solo artist, experimental and extremely technical guitarist and front-man of his own band, Ron “Bumblefoot” Thal is what you might call the complete musician. So much so that he caught the eye of one W. Axl Rose and shot to superstardom as part of the triple-guitar line-up of one of the World’s greatest rock bands, Guns N’ Roses. With seven albums to his name since 1995, not including the forthcoming GN’R opus to which he has contributed, the regular guitar magazine cover artist, complete with his unique custom-made Foot guitar, has had his presence felt everywhere from the spanish guitar on Jessica Simpson‘s Irresistible to music for TV shows like The Osbournes, The Real World and Spike TV’s MXC theme song.

Bumblefoot wrote one guest column for Jukebox:Metal in 2007.
