My Dying Bride Deluxe ‘Evinta’ pre-order

After a lot of build-up the release of My Dying Bride‘s 20th anniversary recording Evinta is approaching on May 30.

‘Evinta’ is a classical recording inspired by songs from throughout My Dying Bride’s entire career, with new vocal passages written by founder and front-man Aaron Stainthorpe and sung in collaboration with French opera singer Lucie Roche.

Downloads and audio samples have now been made available on a special mini-site at www.peaceville.com/mydyingbride/evinta/.

Exclusively through Peaceville Records’ online store, a deluxe three-disc edition housed in a 12″ hardcover photobook is now available for pre-order at a price of £34.99 plus postage.

The commercially available editions are a double-disc jewel case in a slipcase and a double-disc book. The third disc (containing further recordings) will be exclusive to the Peacevile store online version for now, but will be released in some form in the future.

My Dying Bride are also celebrating their anniversary with a special tour titled Albion In Ruin, following by some rare festival appearances, and will then record a brand new album. The itinerary for the tour, supported by Ava Inferi, is:

May
18 – London – Islington Academy
19 – Manchester – Academy
20 – Wolverhampton – Wulfrun Hall
21 – Dublin – Button Factory
22 – Belfast – The Spring & Airbrake
