Lou Reed & Metallica
As revealed by the band a few months ago, Metallica have joined forces with Lou Reed for a new concept album.
Titled Lulu, and inspired by German writer Frank Wededkind’s plays ‘Earth Spirit’ and ‘Pandora’s Box’, the collaboration will be released on October 31 in the UK and November 1 in North America. Some song titles revealed so far include Mistress Dread, Little Dog, Junior Dad and Pumping Blood.
A new website, www.loureedmetallica.com has been set up for the project and frequent updates are promised.
