The Almighty release charity DVD
After months of waiting English rockers The Almighty have finally released the DVD of one of the two comeback charity gigs they played at the beginning of 2006. The gigs were to raise money for Leukaemia Research, spurred by bassist Floyd London’s battle and ultimate victory with the disease.
As a result of the two sold-out shows in London and Glasgow, the latter being the show on this DVD, The Almighty have so far raised £25,000 in tickets sales, merchandising and donations, and full proceeds from this DVD will add to that remarkable sum.
The tracklist for the DVD is as follows:
‘Welcome to Defiance’
‘Wrench’
‘Destroyed’
‘Over The Edge’
‘Way Beyond Belief’
‘Bandaged Knees’
‘Unreal Thing’
‘Addiction’
‘Jonestown Mind’
‘All Sussed Out’
‘Jesus Loves You’
‘Free and Easy’
‘Crucify’
‘Full Force’
‘Wild and Wonderful’
‘Cowboy Song’
‘Do You Understand’
The DVD costs £15 including postage for the UK and £16 including postage for the rest of the World. To order, click here.
